What we store
The entries your team types into the app: workers, attendance, moulding, loading, firing, unloading, wages, peshgi, sales, purchases, cash and settings. Worker records may include CNIC numbers and dates of birth if you choose to enter them.
Account details for each login: name, username, role and a hashed password. We never see or store the password itself.
Basic technical logs (time of sync, app version, errors) used only to keep the service running.
Each bhatta is separate
Your bhatta's data is kept in its own compartment. No other bhatta, and no other customer, can see it. Our platform admins can see account status and payments, and look at data only when you ask us for support.
Backups
A backup of the whole database is taken every night (Pakistan time) and the most recent copies are kept. Backups are stored on servers we control and are used only to restore data.
On your phone
The app saves entries on the phone so it can work offline, and sends them when the signal returns. If a phone is lost, change that user's password from the Users screen or ask us to reset it; the login stops working on the lost phone.
We do not sell data
We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. We do not run third-party trackers in the app or on this website. We may share data only if required by law in Pakistan.
Export and deletion
You can print reports from the app at any time, and you can ask us on WhatsApp for a full export of your data. If you close your account, ask us to delete it; we remove it from the live system and it ages out of backups within the retention period.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top and tell existing customers in the app. Questions: message us on WhatsApp or email the address in the footer.
