The service
Bhatta Manager is a web app for recording the work and money of a brick kiln. We provide the software, hosting, nightly backups and support on WhatsApp. You provide the data and are responsible for its accuracy.
Trial
Every new bhatta gets 7 days free with all features on, followed by a 7-day grace period. No payment details are needed to start.
Payment
Plans are paid monthly or yearly, per bhatta, in Pakistani rupees, by JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer. When we record your payment, your bhatta is extended by the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; a paid period is never repriced.
After expiry
When the paid period and grace period end, the bhatta becomes read-only: you can view and print everything but cannot add entries until a payment is recorded. We do not delete data because of non-payment.
Your data
The data is yours. You can export it at any time. We use it only to provide the service and support to you, as described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Keep your logins private and give each person their own user. Do not try to access another bhatta, overload the service or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability and liability
We aim for the app to be available at all times but cannot promise it; the offline mode exists so work continues during outages. The app is a record-keeping tool, and decisions made from its figures are yours. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the last three months.
