Daily Entry is the one place to enter and correct everything done on a day. Open it from the bottom bar or Home.
Choose the day
Use ‹ and › to go back or forward a day, or tap the date to pick any past day. Every entry you add here gets that date.
Read the progress bar
Four checks show whether the day is complete: Attendance (marked / total workers), Moulding, Firing (two shifts expected) and Loading. Green means done, amber means missing.
The Day Register
Under the progress bar is the Day Register, laid out like the paper register (lesson 7). The Kiln Register row on top takes the firing shift; the Workers Register below lists every worker on one row for attendance, bricks, dasti and peshgi. One Save all writes the whole day.
Sales, payments, purchases
Below the register each of these has its own block with a coloured + to add. Entries already saved for the day are listed with their time.
Correct, delete
- Tap ✏ on any saved entry to change the numbers; wages are corrected automatically.
- Tap 🗑 to delete. Some deletes are owner-only.
Remember: If a day is closed by the owner (a lock note appears), only the owner can change it. See lesson 33.
