- Home › Money › Purchases, or the Purchase quick form.
- Choose the Item. For a new item, pick + Add New Item.
- Type the Supplier name exactly the same each time, so all their purchases land in one party account.
- Fuels (coal, wood, wood powder, crop waste, rice husk): vehicle number, quantity in tonnes, rate per tonne and freight. Coal also takes optional lab tests. Other items: description, quantity and rate.
- Tap + Add. Fuel stock rises (tonnes × 1,000 kg) and the supplier’s party account gets the full amount as Jama.
The cards at the top of the page show how much of each fuel is in stock now: purchases in, firing shifts out.
Own fuel? If the kiln burns something else, such as bagasse or cotton sticks, add it under Settings › Types › Purchase Items and tick Fuel. It is then bought in tonnes, logged per shift and tracked like coal.
Payments are not purchases: Money paid to a supplier or mistri goes in Party Accounts as Payment Made, not here.
