- Rates: Home › More › Settings. Enter moulding, loading, unloading and firing rates, peshgi cuts per 1,000, brick prices, and the peshgi limits. Tap the green Save next to each one.
- Opening Stock (same page): what is physically at the kiln on the first day: Awwal, Doem, Khangar, green bricks, coal in kg, other fuels in kg, and other items. Tap Save. Without this, stock and fuel figures start from zero and can go negative.
- Kiln Location: tap the kiln on the map, or use Use My Location while standing at the kiln. Weather comes from this spot.
- Kiln layout (Settings): choose Lines, Chambers, or Both for a kiln that loads some rounds by chamber and some by line, and type how many of each the kiln has. New units are added at the end; only empty ones at the end can be removed. With Both, the Kiln Board gets a Chambers / Lines switch and the quick forms list both.
- Hot lines behind the fire (Settings): how many fired lines stay “Cooling” before they count as Ready to Unload. For example 40.
- Types (Settings, bottom): worker categories, purchase items, customer types and payment modes. Add your own, such as “Office Boy” or “Diesel”. A purchase item ticked Fuel is bought in tonnes and tracked like coal.
- Government Rates (Settings): the notified rates per 1,000 bricks, for your record. They do not change any wages; the warning switch is off for now.
- Users: Home › More › Users. Add the munshi and accountant (lesson 32).
- Workers: add every worker with their opening peshgi (lesson 15).
